When you apply for a career opportunity at Axivon Technologies, we collect: - Personal contact information (full name, email, phone number, location). - Employment background, educational qualifications, resume/CV documents, and portfolio URLs. - Interview notes, technical evaluation test results, and candidate communication history.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process candidate information to evaluate qualifications for open roles, schedule technical interviews, communicate hiring decisions, and maintain talent pools for future relevant vacancies.

3. Resume Retention and Deletion

Successful applicants' records are transitioned into employee HR files governed by our internal Employee Privacy Policy.
For applicants not selected, resumes and application materials are retained for up to twelve (12) months to consider you for emerging openings, after which records are securely purged.
